SEMPLICE ED EFFICACE, VERACE. Google ci ha guidato dall'autostrada verso questo locale cercando un pranzo a base di gnocco fritto. E devo dire che ne è valsa la pena. Posteggio comodo, interno semplice ma piacevole. Servizio veloce. il PUNTO DI FORZA sicuramente IL CIBO GENUINO preparato al momento. Non posso mettere più stelle per la concezione semplice del locale. Se posso fate un unico appunto, avrei apprezzato un filo di formaggio in più, ma sopravvivo cmq. Consigliato per un pranzo veloce e buono.
Ho scoperto questa piadineria che non si limita alle classiche piadine, ma ha arricchito il menù con gnocco fritto e tigelle, una scelta davvero azzeccata per chi ama la tradizione emiliana. La piadina è sorprendente: morbida e croccante allo stesso tempo, con impasto ben lavorato e ingredienti di prima qualità che si sentono ad ogni morso. Non mancano anche gli sfizi: olive all’ascolana, crocchette e patatine fritte perfette per accompagnare il pasto o per uno snack veloce. Il tutto viene servito in un chiosco dall’atmosfera semplice ma accogliente, ideale per una pausa gustosa senza troppi fronzoli. i sono fermato in questo chiosco molto comodo,vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada a Imola e sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito. Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla gentilezza del proprietario alla richiesta di un menu “diverso” per la mia compagna e non ha esitato ad accontentarci. Per non parlare della varietà nel menu, piadine veramente squisite ma anche il resto sembrava molto invitante. Insomma ha tutte le tipicità che può offrire un chiosco in Emilia Romagna. SE PASSATE DA IMOLA, ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PROVARE.
Sosta in rientro dal mare. Eravamo in 11 con i ragazzi e Avevamo voglia di tigelle e gnocco fritto. Abbiamo fatto una breve ricerca e abbiamo trovato il Chiosco Controcorrente. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha spiegato i piatti e le tempistiche tecniche. Abbiamo preso il tagliere misto con gnocco e tigelle x due persone, con lo squaquerone. Tutto viene fatto al momento. Veramente buono. Consigliatissimo!!!. Torneremo. Grazie!
